Active to passive Auxiliary Verb Practice

Ü What types of auxiliary we should use in the case of active to passive sentences.
     1)  Present Tense :
(a)   am, is, are + V3 (Present indefinite)
(b)   am being, is being, are being + V3 (Present Continuous)
(c)    has been, have been + V3 (Present Perfect)

    2)     Past Tense :
(a)   was, were + V3 (Past Indefinite)
(b)   was being, were being + V3 (Past  Continuous)
(c)    had been + V3 (Past Perfect)

    3)     Future Tense :
(a)   Shall be, will be + V3 (Future indefinite)
(b)   Shall be being, will be being + V3 (Future Continuous)
(c)    Shall have been, will have been + V3 (Future Perfect)
